Do you guarantee results?
No consultant can ethically guarantee specific financial outcomes. We commit to agreed deliverables (SOPs, plans, systems, campaigns) and track a short list of business KPIs together. Outcomes depend on implementation quality, market conditions, and business fundamentals.
How is this different from hiring a marketing agency?
Agencies execute campaigns. We diagnose the business first — if marketing is the wrong bottleneck, we will say so. We work across sales, operations, profitability, and systems, not just one channel.
Can I start with just one session?
Yes. The START package (RM299) is a standalone diagnostic. No commitment to any ongoing engagement is required after that session.
Do I need M-Code Studio for the technology pillar?
Not necessarily. We scope technology needs during the consulting process and recommend M-Code Studio only when a system genuinely solves the business problem. You are not required to use M-Code Studio as part of any engagement.
How long before I see results?
Strategy and planning work begins immediately. Operational and system changes typically show measurable impact within 30–90 days, depending on scope and speed of implementation.
Is there a contract or lock-in period?
PLAN and BUILD engagements have a minimum 3-month term to allow enough time to plan, implement, and measure. After the minimum term, engagements continue monthly with 30 days notice to exit.
